making your guest list for your wedding, the key to get this right is to begin early and try to use a spreadsheet application, such as the Microsoft Excel.
When you have decided on your budget, you must have agreed on the amount you will spend on your venue and banquet. Once you have booked your venue, you already have a number you can work with, so start writing out those names.
The process is very simple to begin with, and you could work it on an Excel worksheet: firstly, write down the names of those you definitely want at your wedding. These should include the important person in your wedding such as your family, best men, bridesmaids, and close friends and so on.
Then work outwards like you’re doing a family tree so that you will not miss any people. After that, get a list of relatives and friends your parents would like to invite and add them to the list, without regard to the number of people at this point. Everything will be easy if you make the correct guest list.
